Serve with our Kids!
From Birth to 5th Grade, our Elm Grove Kids have so much to do! We have opportunities to serve in the Nursery, Sunday School, Kid’s Worship, and Ultimate Wednesday. We also have many other Kid’s events when our kids need to be loved and cared for!
Tech Team needs your help!
Sunday Mornings - and during other services and events - there is so much going on behind the scenes and up in that balcony! We need people to run worship slides, the sound system and people who can make sure the live streams are working. Don’t know how? Don’t worry. We have some amazing people who can teach you!
How do we share?
There is so much that happens here at Elm Grove Church! We have and need a full team of people to make sure everyone is invited and knows what we are up to! Are you good at social media, web design, or connecting with people the old-fashioned way? Come help us share all that God is doing!
Food, Food, Food!
If there is one thing we love to do, it’s worship God through food! We serve and share God’s love in our kitchen multiple times, almost every week!
Wednesday meals, Fellowship Meals, It Doesn’t Matter Cafe’, Sunday Special Days, Bereavement meals, the list goes on! Help when you can. We would be glad to have you!
We were made to Praise!
Sunday mornings are the highlight of our week. Sunday Worship is such a special time to gather and focus our hearts and minds on Jesus! We worship together and invite everyone in! Would you like to help us lead in worship? Through song, reading, or praying aloud? We would love to have every part of our congregation represented in our Sunday Morning Services!
Buildings Break
As much as we love to think, everything is always wonderful here, and while we are always loved, sometimes things need some T.L.C. Can you give a helping hand to keep all that God has blessed us with in good repair?
We need each other.
GOD didn’t call us to walk this road alone. He called us to live in a community of like-minded believers. And we need each other. Small groups help us stay connected and held accountable for growth. Small groups teach us what it means to encourage and walk alongside others. Small groups are vital to the life of the Christian. But Small Groups need leaders. Has God called you to walk with others and lead them in growth? Join your church family in living life together!
Serving is Our Calling!
What was once a “Sunday Night Opportunity” is now an anytime opportunity! There are so many ways we can and do serve others, from cards filled with prayer to taking care of the needs in our church and in our community. We gather together to serve!
Would you like to be notified when the need arises? When there are cards to write or people in need of being cared for? Let the church office know that you are willing to serve, and we will add you to our “all-call” list and make sure you are invited to serve with us!
God loves us.
We get to love others!
Hospitality is shown in big and small ways, from holding open the door for someone to decorating for a big event. With lots of people, there are always lots of ways to show love. Come join us as we aim to show the Love of God to everyone!
Ministry takes money
We have a lot of ministry opportunities here at Elm Grove Church. One of the practical realities is that each ministry requires money to make it happen. Therefore, we must raise the money to be able to continue to do the Good work God has placed before us. If this is the gift God has given you, we would be glad for you to serve Him through fundraising!
From planning, hosting, and cleanup and appreciation, fundraising can be a lot of work! We need your help!
But many hands make light work.
We pray that we are good stewards of God’s gifts, and we need help serving during fundraising events to help us do the ministry God calls us into. BBQ Chicken Plate Sale, Pancake Dinners, Ladies Tea, Car Washes, and others.
In the Prime of your life?
Our Prime timers enjoy many activities, from trips to lunches, watching shows, and simply hanging out. We love to spend time together! These activities need to be planned, prepared for, and executed. Some of these are great fun, but we also have events focused on serving those in need or encouraging those who feel lonely. A part of our biblical worship and living out our faith is caring for those in need. We want to serve and be a blessing. Would you be willing to serve?
